As a short sale and foreclosure prevention specialist I help many homeowners through difficult times and educate them about the Short Sale and Foreclosure process. I educate them about Loan Modifications, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Trustee Sales and Deed in Lieu of Foreclosures -- so that they can make a decision that is best for their families and they can make a fresh start. I work closely with the banks, sellers and buyers during the Short Sale process. I pride myself in alleviating my clients' additional worries; by setting their expectations and walking them through the Short Sale process. I always expanding my knowledge and currently have the following designations: Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), (CDPE), LDPE and Short Sale Mastery.
Foreclosure techniques range from Short Sale, Bankruptcy, Deed in Lieu and Foreclosure.
